-good benefits while they lasted -unlimited pto if you feel like you can take it -great chances to grow out of necessity

Cons

-manic work style of everything being an emergency all the time -c suite has made disastrous decisions and makes the employees below them pay for it (both in layoffs and new responsibilities without higher pay) -routinely talk about how “all startups are like this” no, no they are not -boys locker room culture -boys club

Work life balance Executives play favorites COO is all about money and doesn’t seem to care about mental health of employees No one has experience in the field and they all are running the ship into the ground

The staff on the other side of the app are very responsive and polite.

Cons

They advertise at making up to $950 per week, however, the only opportunities that have even existed so far add up to about $80 per week. Yes, eighty. I’m not missing a zero. Very misleading.
