Constant sickness in the office and judgement if you request working from home to avoid it. 0 contribution to retirement You are expected to work well beyond 40 hours/week (including holidays and weekends on many teams) for pay that is below the industry average. Leadership invest their time in a handful of people/teams, expecting the rest of the company to figure it out with very little support or backing. Internal process updates take months and may not ever be finished. Toxic gossip culture. 0 continued education for your role. The values don't reflect in the top-down operations yet might be used against you/to "motivate" you. Constant redirection of the business, requiring you to pivot completely based on, often, a rushed and half-baked plan (that you'll likely be held accountable for performance-wise)
