Pros

- Modern office space - Up to date tech. to conduct work - Cool business platform

Cons

-Lack of training: For an entry level role (that utilizes over 3 methods of communication for customer support) we only received training for a week. -Feedback was not communicated when evaluated. The promised 1 on 1's never occurred. -Microagressions experienced in office culture for POC employees -Managers act off emotion instead of facts -Not focused on employee progression (which is vital in an entry level position). Business needs were the only priority. -Humiliation of employees when departing company or not meeting their performance metrics (that are not consistently shared) -Not a welcoming environment unless you are a particular demographic -New employees (especially entry-level) should be evaluated/discuss performance with leadership -Throw money at problems instead of fixing the root cause of issues.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is that it was super easy to get hired for the most part.

Cons

Landing is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Pay has gone down recently and expectations are becoming more unrealistic/unreasonable at times. This company plays favorites more than any other. Also, their “three strikes” policy doesn’t work for them. Prepare to be mistreated and extremely under appreciated by this company if you sign on with them.

Pros

-Easy and minimal interview process

Cons

- I was forced to go into an office packed with people and no masks during covid - Employees who did comply were made felt guilty about not going in - Nonexistent work/life balance; Slack messages at all hours of the day - No training, processes, or clearly communicated goals to set employees up for success - Both employees and leadership are pushed out without reasoning - Huge turnover -"We're a team not a family" basically saying you can be replaced easily -I never got a warning about my performance or that there was a problem at all -My team was completely clueless on strategy and vision -People that have no background in their current titles are senior or management
