Pros

The work was neither too challenging or too simple. It is a mainly family owned company and the various departments were generally pretty friendly.

Cons

The company does tend to have certain "cliques" based on departments and is divided primarily between Interpretation and Translation. Translation used to hire lots of seasonal workers for projects, and so there would be a lot of sudden account creations requests followed by terminations.

The best day here was my last day when I resigned.

If you like extreme micro management this is the place for you. Long hours, late pay and expense checks, hostile work enviroment and many reports that concern the most minor things are a norm at CTS. Middle management is so paranoid for their jobs nothing gets accomplished.

Familiarize yourself with many different languages, maybe even hear a few that are extremely rare; some limited ranges of healthcare options

Cons

Everything else is bad. Pay is bad, routine is astoundingly tedious, the management monitors your every moment via a in-computer timer, your constantly pressured to take less time on all tasks. 10 minutes are allotted for bathroom use.
