Not your typical call center

Pros

The benefits, there is potlucks and spirit days a lot, there is no cold calling or sales in the call center, the co-workers

Cons

There is serious micro-management from the call center management. They also have regular CSR's doing "supervisory" work without them being officially promoted. Things are constantly changing, BUT not being updated. You can be told two different things by two different supervisors.

Nepotism, Cliques, Heathers

Pros

Good job for off-site workers (interpreters), as oversight is limited and there is very little disciplinary action for infractions or sub-par performance. Contract work is regularly available. Convicted child rapists are a protected class at CTS, and employees are valued more for their fashion sense / physical appearance than they are for experience, knowledge, or ability to do the job. If you have a great wardrobe and no self-worth, this is the place for you.

Cons

CTS is very cliquish, complete with high-school Heathers and unlimited nepotism. If you do not toe the company line, prepare to be blacklisted. Pay is VERY sub-par for both full-time and contract workers.
