You will always be at 2.5% increase never keeping up with inflation no matter how much you excel and go beyond. You are rewarded with pizzas in the break room. No promotional ladder to climb. Expect to be static always.

Such a manipulative, work environment, while in training I expressed that I was struggling due to my learning disability and no accommodations were ever made. Once I finally got the ball rolling to get assistance with my accommodations not even a week later they let me go stating ridiculous reasons and lies. They did not want to see me succeed in this role and we’re out to get me on day one due to who I was as a person no assistance was ever given to me or encouraged. They gave false reasons of why they let me go so i would not sue them about them, not providing said necessary accommodations for my learning disability. They gaslight constantly and pick favorites right from the start.

Benefits are on par with local government with exception of 401k instead of pension/PERA like most others.

Cons

Horrific Management. Moody and temperamental commissioners that create culture of fear and unpredictability. Obsessed with trying to do all things culture, workplace balance, kumbayah. Sounds like it would be good, but it's exhausting going to weekly pep rallys and spirit weeks like you're in High School.
