Contra to all newbies coming in, there are extremely few opportunities to ever move past the entry position you came in with. Neither salary range nor title/duties will ever advance. It is extremely rare. Someone has to move or die.

Goop pay/benefits, neat trainings and conferences, challenging clients, supportive co-workers.

Cons

Management is toxic. Immediate supervisor behaved erratically, was abusive to subordinates, lashed out in anger, bullied others, had unclear and changeable expectations and participated in excessive drama and gossip. Heavy workload.
