Pros

Location and flexibility of work hours. Professionalism of employees is good. Proximity to Colorado State University makes it easy to get additional guidance when needed.

Cons

Colorado budget are tight so excess resources do not exist. Political environment can be challenging but when the two sides get along progress can be made.
