Pros

Honestly… can’t think of many pros other than the free treatments.

Cons

By the far the most unprofessional, manipulative, unethical, toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. High turnover rate and no job security. My hours and commission were both drastically cut with no notice and no remorse. New hires have it the worst. When I came out of training I was kept in the cold back room with no windows. Our store didn’t even have enough phones for all of us new hires to use (they over hired due to high turnover rate). We were told we couldn’t come up to the front because we didn’t have any sales coming in, but how were we supposed to have sales coming in if we weren’t allowed to get in front of patients like we had been trained for? Then when I finally got my first sale, it was quickly taken from me by our store “lead”. The patient care coordinators are expected to run the entire store meanwhile upper management does nothing to help. Nothing but empty promises and lies from my very first interview till my last day. Upper management is constantly gossiping about other employees which made me feel uncomfortable and anxious. Overall a horrible experience.

Pros

not many to be honest you will be trained on injectables.. but do not be fooled. Training consists of 3 models and a short online video. But if you decide to leave this company do not even ask for a certificate stating you are certified in any services they offer. It would be better to just take a training class on your own and receive a certification from a real training class!

Cons

management bullies you! work life balance is NON EXISTENT!!! the positive reviews you see are most likely from employees being bullied to leave a positive review to off set all the negative reviews training is horrible. have fun training on 2-3 people and being expected to feel proficient on all services be prepared to not be able to see your schedule as a nurse. the sales team is 100% responsible for your schedule and boss you around patients are DOUBLE AND TRIPLE BOOKED!! patients complain constantly about waiting 45 minutes for their appointments and it is ALWAYS THE NURSES FAULT!!!! be prepared to be on a performance plan or have write ups if you complain about the schedule or do not take a 30 minute lunch (29 minute lunch will result in a strongly worded email threatening a write up next time) they only care about money! you are nothing but a dollar sign to them and do not even think about reporting anything to HR. They will do nothing but sweep things under the rug!!!

Pros

Working with great nurses

Cons

Unfair work structure, no real lunch breaks, unethical scheduling policies like canceling existing patient appointments in order to close a deal with a new patient and having staff lie to patients saying "a nurse call out sick" or "one of our lasers has gone down" I have never heard of a company flat out tells you to lie.
