Pros

- work remote. I digress only from home they want ur IP address.

Cons

- frequent pay changes - They don't treat their employees well. Well is an overstatement. - They do not care about YOU AND IT IS BRUTALLY OBVIOUS READ THESE REVIEWS. You will make money.. If your best friend is your boss. Then they will then turn on you and you're sitting there with a mortgage and childcare you cannot pay. For a woman ran business this is DISTURBING. They rip off employees as bad as patients. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS-

Pros

All the nurses are amazing with so much experience and always willing to help. Good discounts on treatments ( if you can make it on the schedule). Great way to learn some solid foundation on medical aesthetics when starting.

Cons

If you worked in a hospital and dealt with complex patient care or whatever field you were in, be ready to be talked down to by non medical personal. They question your methods, suggest treatments to patients and provide unrealistic expectations, bully you, and try and tell you how to do your job. There is such a disconnect it’s insane. Now, granted a lot of the staff also helps you, but the few bad seeds really ruin your day.

Pros

Flexible schedule and days. Pretty much an independent worker.

Cons

Absolutely hated the overall culture. You won't get the same opportunities as people who have been there for 1+ years and the management will just tell you to make dials all day. They say the OTE is 5-7k per month but honestly only 20% of the people on our team were making that consistently. Very bad management. Didn't care to help, just advised new people to make more dials. Very "selly" culture and uses manipulation to get customers to purchase. Longer tenured employees have favoritism within the company. Also there is barely any minority representation in management. Overall just not a good work environment and I persoanlly would not allow them to sell you a dream of making a lot of money because most people don't. There are hidden secrets and strategies that some people who have been working there share but not with the new people. Our team had multiple people quit every month for the same reason. They demand a lot of work but that does not lead to you making more money. Commission structure is not good as well. You don't even get paid your full amount of what you sell. Overall just not a good company to work for.
