Pros
The high reviews are paid by the company. Your Manager or Lead PCC will never let you make a sale unless it's their DAY off. Everyone is ALWAYS complaining how they can't make any money and how many coordinators are in the office. Everyone knows the lead is set up to take everything. You WON'T make 35k a month, only the LEAD, realistically you might get 9 - struggling 15k with 7.5% commission. Your paycheck is then cut more by your states taxes. Is it really worth it?
Cons
The meetings they have (only interviewing top remote coordinators) are to keep your hopes up while your paychecks look bare. There's a lot of in clinic coordinators that are great at selling but rarely given any light. I left because their in house software is unorganized, you're more of a receptionist/customer service ambassador than a sales coordinator, over calling leads, everyones checks is going towards their expenses than savings while the lead pcc takes from everyone, front staff turning every few months, clinicians are stressed out by how fast they have to work and barely enough time to clean. If they're behind on time, clients OR the front staff treat them bad, and the list goes on. I feel bad for everyone that works with the company. The only nice thing about the company is that a patient can take their treatments around the country. ALSO heard that EVERYONES days got cut from 5 to 4 days. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU???? It's so bad to be there.
