Pros

The nurses that I worked with will remain some of the most incredible humans I have had the opportunity work alongside.

Cons

Continuous turnover of staff due to workplace environment and lack of productive and healthy leadership. Sales "patient care coordinators" benefit from overbooking the schedule and by exploiting their nurses. Unequal distribution of tasks between medical team and sales team. HR ignoring serious complaints about mistreatment in the workplace. Upper management continuously cutting allotted time for patient treatments, leading to dissatisfied patients, nurse burnout, and an unsafe and toxic workplace.

Pros

remote sales/ being able to work from home, and the first 2 weeks of training is very informational.

Cons

Where do I begin.. make sure you are financially comfortable only making $20 an hour. You have to close 40k in revenue in one month to make only $600 in commission.. before taxes. 20k is the monthly sales floor, so you do NOT make a single % off of that. They like to show case all of the reps that close 150k plus in a month, but those people are given every single hot lead. You are expected to dig the old leads that have been ran through. Every person you call asks to be taken off the list. They expect from 200 cold calls a day that you should book 6 consults. Good luck getting one person to book a consult with you,, and if you do happen to book it, they wont show up. The sales goals are unattainable in your first 6 months. They recently changed the sales policy so that you can only call the leads for one location you are assigned to (which is a smart business decision) however, it limits your opportunity even more. They dangle a carrot in your face called "calendar time" which is so rare. Also, you may be asked to work both days on the weekend, a 12-8 shift. I advise everyone considering working here to read your offer letter in FULL. You have to pay back the sign on bonus that they pay you if you don't make it to 2 years. Seriously proceed with caution.
