The schedule is constantly double and triple booked, and upper management bluntly disregards patient safety and employee well-being. It’s incredibly frustrating because the managers consistently ignore employees' concerns and refuse to make any changes, no matter how many times they are voiced. There are often no 10-minute breaks because they refuse to include them in the schedule. If you want to take your 10-minute break on a busy day, you will have to leave your patient waiting and fall behind on your schedule. All they care about is the dollar sign, prioritizing profit over everything else. It's an absolutely terrible place to work, with limited opportunities for learning due to 90 percent of the work time being spent on laser hair removal.
