Honestly, I used to joke that working here was like I sold my soul to the company. You get brainwashed into thinking it’s the best place to be and anywhere else is awful so you get stuck. You are EXHAUSTED all the time and all you can think about is work work work. Double/triple booked schedule, no ability to see how your day is going to be, hostility between coworkers, and ZERO work life balance… hope you know your schedule about 3 months out and if your lucky you’ll get it off . It’s absolute chaos. Half the time sales gets there late and you’re the only nurse there to handle a double booking first thing in the morning while having a second double booking right after those two. The clinics are dirty with random bugs flying around and half the roofs leak and they just replace the tiles but never the problem so who knows what type of mold is up there. Don’t even get me started on the ethics of this place. The amount of times I was told “I know they’re not a candidate for this treatment but could you please help me out” this is only one example of the shady behavior. So many times I’ve seen nurses say no they’re not a candidate and then 5 minutes later they get a call from the regional asking what happened and if it will affect the sale. This place will make you feel devalued not only as a nurse but also as a decent human being. I used to love working here but then it became this toxic monster causing nothing but stress, acne , and panic attacks. Amazing as soon as I left the acne cleared up and I stopped feeling so angry at the world.This job shouldn’t be as difficult as it had become. I could go on and on but it seems that this company continues to have an impressive run on the negative reviews lately.
