Pros

uncapped commission, great employee discounts. potential to make alot of money if your manager gives you lead opportunity.

Cons

They need to come up with a better system to evenly share booked consults. They're milking free labor by having you call their bogus leads since you're commission only. Mean while 5 people in the company make $30k or more a month in sales because they're granted access to a special ring group for hot transfers and lead over multiple clinics. It's a waste of talent to have sales people calling leads when they could be focused on closing sales. Isn't this why you have a call center anyway?

Pros

I loved my coworkers. The other nurses and PCCs were great but they good ones either quit or were fired for no reason

Cons

This company is AWFUL to their nurses. They really don't care about you at all. They will give you 4 hrs of “training” for injectables and start having you do the treatments by yourself the very next day. You pretty much have to learn everything through YouTube. They will double triple book you and make your schedule awful. You don’t have any control over the days you work, some random person on their schedule team makes it and you will NEVER get all the days off you mark for unavailable. Don’t even get me started on management. Absolutely awful! It’s just a bunch of mean girls on a power trip. They have no idea how to be a leader or actually take care of their team. The retention is awful. In the last 2 months 5 nurses have quit in the Atlanta clinics, I mean that tells you everything you need to know.

Pros

coworkers where the best, one free 30 minute treatment a month

Cons

this company is profit over anything else, no care for their patients or their staff. They fire people over being “late” to their scheduled shift but expect them to get to work 15 minutes early and fires them even though they are technically early. If they don’t like you they will find a reason. No job security. Retention is terrible and there is constant TURNOVER. They try to cut costs anywhere they can. They charge patients thousands of dollars for lackluster treatments (not the RN’s fault). They advertise work life balance but never approve PTO and would rather people leave the company than give them time off for important life events. They constantly burn out the nurses by constantly double booking them and overlapping appointments. Nurses don’t have any autonomy, and aren’t able to use their nursing judgement. Management is unsupportive and would rather throw their own nurses and staff under the bus than help. The trainings are terrible, they are not thorough and are honestly not promoting safety for nurses or patients. BURN OUT is big here and most of the treatments are very heavy on using your hands in a repetitive motion, so there are many people that acquire medical issues related to that. There is a reason they have so many lawsuits from patients to staff, which they try to hide. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here, find a better place to train and work in aesthetics
