If you're considering working here as a nurse, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. In less than 8 months, 12 nurses left the clinic I worked at—and after my experience, I understand why. - Often, patients are still seen after store hours due to chronic overbooking. - Patient appointments are constantly canceled or rescheduled due to scheduling mismanagement, resulting in long wait times and understandable frustration. - Constructive feedback is not welcomed. Leadership becomes defensive and often gaslights staff into thinking the problems are isolated or somehow your fault. - You're told other clinics don’t experience these issues, which is clearly false based on both lived experience and other relatable reviews here on Glassdoor. - Constant repairs need on equipment, the closest laser engineer is a flight away so you end up being the "laser engineer" the majority of the time. The high turnover, disregard for staff well-being, poor patient handling, and unethical practices are all red flags. Please read the other negative reviews—they're not exaggerating. I wish I had. I was told that when staff is at "LA University," which is a conference for corporate that they make everyone do positive reviews for Glassdoor. Hence the reviews.

The only positive was the amazing girls I worked with.

Literally everything was awful. This company does not align with anything I believe in as far as health care ethics.
