The company does a great job of prioritizing the highest quality medical services done safely and with the best results. There has been a lot of growth and that is leading to a lot of opportunities for those that are driven and want to grow.

Cons

As with any growing company, it can sometimes be difficult to find top talent in every market, so it has to continue to work hard to find leaders that will excel as it grows.

Pros

Love the company and being able to be a part of people reach their goals. I feel valued as an employee (and patient). And good pay/compensation model.

Cons

Not much at all, I really love the job and the company. There have been a lot of changes to the compensation structure that have made it difficult but overall really nothing to complain about.

LaserAway is an Amazing company to work for! The LA team is the finest people that I have ever worked for. The commission is uncapped and the sky is the limit here. LaserAway is a career and I absolutely love it here! Internal growth is a plus.

Cons

It's not a con but definitely have to a have a hustler mentality to survive.
