- Uncapped commission - Good experience managing a clinic schedule, dealing with patients, and sales structure - Supportive teams in your home clinic

Cons

- Internally, the way patients are scheduled - Management only cares about the bottom line but the quality for both patients and people who work in the clinic suffer - Shifting more towards churning and burning without care for the medical staff or the front staff - Benefits aren't great for a medical aesthetic company
