Pros

- If you’re lucky you can get some free treatments, but on your day off that’s the last place you want to be. - you can meet some great people

Cons

- owners and management only care about profits. It’s a revolving door of people. Owners and higher ups will work you to shreds, your mental health will decline, then replace you the second you’re of no value to them or not performing to their standards. They want you to work 7 days a week but will track how long you took your lunch or what time you clock in/out. A lot of unprofessional and unethical practices. Owners, one brother in particular, will insult you in front of other coworkers. Will definitely retaliate if you bring up to HR and then they know you brought it up to HR, further making it uncomfortable. It’s a culture very much of “stay silent, do the work and don’t complain” Don’t let them come here and try to flood the bad comments by posting fake positive reviews. Go back and READ! It’s all true

Product and service discounts, and helpful trainers.

Cons

Lied about hiring position being remote and scheduled to work in store. Required to do reception work and hot leads given to tenure reps within company even with my experience level.
