Pros

One free 30-minute treatment a month after 90 days of employment

Cons

Where do I even start? Training was ok, but I noticed that they don't require any medical/aesthetic experience which was a kind of red flag. They also don't tell you that the location director and "lead" PCCs have priority of all walk-ins, calls, and any consultations so your basically left to scramble through their list of old leads which have been bombarded with calls, texts, and emails. I've had coworkers constantly interrupt my conversations with patients and have had sales taken from me because they were 'teaching me' or because I was "new" (mind you I am a licensed esthetician). This place really has a mean girl vibe and management is well aware but does not seem to care because they are too busy focusing on their higher earning clinics/people. Do yourself a favor and stay away, it isn't worth it!

Pros

The people I worked with and started with I loved, but the management and actual business practices were awful.

Cons

I worked at this company for close to year as a patient care coordinator/treatment specialist and although I loved my coworkers, the business itself is very sketchy. You as an employee are given unrealistic sales goals that impact your paygrade, essentially forcing the employees to sell any and every service to the patients inquiring on the treatment. They look at them like money bags and put intense pressure on the patient care coordinators when their consults choose not to move forward (these treatments are EXPENSIVE!). Also, they ask employees to post positive reviews to combat negative reviews, on google, yelp, glassdoor and basically any sites that you can get reviewed on. I can say confidently that a good chunk of the reviews for each location are created by employees under false names. Management does not take genuine concerns seriously, and mostly gets swept under the rug. They do not take action for employee actions who act unethically or disrespectfully and ultimately part of why I left because I could no longer stand to work in that environment. The "treatment specialists" do not care about getting you a treatment that works for you, they care how much money you will spend- because we would get negative feedback from our managers when we wouldn't sell and be extremely pushy selling. Also there is little to no growth in this company unless you are a nurse- if you are a patient care coordinator there you will almost 100% likely to stay in that position if you stay at the company.
