Uncapped comission!!!! If you sell a lot you will be treated well

Cons

everyone is calling the same people and annoying customers. People at some clinics don't even want to rebook an appointment because they are over being up sold. People who do well are favored. Some people get more time than others in the front than others. Some nurses have no idea what they are doing due to the lack of training resulting in angry patients because some patients spend thousands on treatments. No support from mamagment, you will be ghosted if you have any question. Hourly pay sucks. unless you sell 50k a month ( which is the minimum to get 10%) you will not make any money.

The other nurses are amazing.

Cons

They don’t give a damn about you! You don’t get any commission and they run you to the ground with no breaks, they make you stay late and they triple book patients.

Experience, Training, Fast-paced, Decent Wages.

Cons

Weekends, working all over the place, at different hours, patient schedule is unrealistic, you are double and triple booked and always running behind, the training is a joke, and management does not care about you.
