Pros

Good entry level position into aesthetics. Nurses are all amazing.

Cons

Nurses are taken advantage of by medical and sales team. Double bookings are allowed which causes nurses to feel overworked and stressed. They have no say and are reprimanded when they speak up against the sales team or upper management. Nurses are the backbone of Laseraway, but are treated so poorly.

Pros

There are some genuinely nice coworkers (albeit a slim number) within my region who didn't peak in high school and who will really help to keep you uplifted and motivated

Cons

Here are all the reasons you don’t want to work here: 1. New HR team requires your personal IP address to track your location and work activity (zero trust at this company). When several people expressed uneasiness with the thought of sending over their IP address, the new team unprofessionally hung up the call. 2. They expect you to have no life outside of LaserAway. To really make any money you need to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a child, you’re in a relationship, have any friends or any type of life whatsoever, you won’t make any money at this job. 3. Just attended a hr meeting where they let us know almost 70% of new employees quit within the first 3 months… they won’t consider that it’s possibly the ineffective sales structure. Nope they blame the employees. 4. They fire you after 4 months if you aren’t selling over 50k.. even though the hot leads go to people who are already selling over 75k. Your’e stuck cold calling leads who have been called/emailed & texted 8+ times in 3 days. Not kidding, they legitimately harass people and then are baffled as to why you can’t make any sales. 5. They constantly remind you that they will fire you if you don’t hurry up and make sales, which in no way helps morale. Like almost every week you'll be passive aggressively threatened about being fired. 6. Sales get stolen all the time (even by the executive sales team who don't need the money), then they’ll change the rules to justify why it was stolen. 7. Bad lead management software. You’ll need to use at least 3 different programs to process one sale. 8. Bizarre mean girl cultish culture. People who already are selling over 75k will attempt to bully you if they think you don't deserve access to new leads.

FALSE PROMISES

Pros

NONE REALLY, HOURS ARE DECENT

Cons

The most deceptive company I have ever worked for. They promise uncapped commission and endless sales opportunities...for 1 person per clinic, the "lead" which is the only person allowed to sell and make money while everyone else starves. They have completely UNATTAINABLE 35k monthly sales goals, which hardly anyone makes, so they will put you on probation and not tell you, they also cut everyone's fulltime hours down to 4 days per week while also cutting commission. Management is aware that everyone is suffering and they could care less! All the "amazing reviews" on here, were "strongly encouraged" by management because their rating was falling. No structure, no integrity, no organization, yet they keep expanding at the expense of their employees
