Pros

I got to meet some lovely people in my training group and that's about it...

Cons

This company is a scam through and through, for both patients and employees. The job position is grossly misrepresented. You will be expected to work 12 hours, 7 days a week, cold calling people that DO NOT want to be called, and when someone finally shows interest you will have to scam them into buying a $2500+ laser treatment that is worth no more than $500. The refund rates are insanely high so you will constantly have to sell more and more to make up for it. You will absolutely not be making 10-20k unless you've been in the company for at least a year and even then it will be very inconsistent. You will constantly be micro-managed, your dials and talk time will be checked daily, and on top of that you will be tested by secret shoppers. Prior to accepting their offer I read the negative comments on here and was dumb enough to think I'll be an exception and I'll make it work without doing 12h shifts..Don't be like me. Pass and look for something else because this is not worth it!

Pros

You get all your vacation time, as long as you have the PTO. 60% off on services, you get to work with a team of nurses that make you stronger and confident as an aesthetic nurse, always have supplies, always feel supported with training, always feel supported if you have a question

Cons

Can be very political if you don’t suck up to the right people, there is Favoritism on scheduling, give and take relationship ( I did this for you, so you do this for me), pm hours, working every weekend. You will have to travel to different clinics, your schedule could change and they will not notify you, they can decide to take shifts away if they need to cut hours, they will approve people for treatment that should not be getting thing done, managers can be timid if it comes to making a sale vs. if the patient really would benefit. Starting rate $45 they don’t care about experience and you have to ask for a raise which they will do a review and decide if you deserve it( one of the survey question is if the employee is available to pick up shifts if needed, I think this can be very selfish company) they are making a company to turn and burn employees not have long lasting relationships.

Pros

Made some really great friends, fun to work.

Cons

Pay plan sucks, hard to make sales, Lead Chair or Director get's all sales. The health insurance sucks!! Working with passive aggressive management who don't even train you correctly. You have to constantly call patients to reschedule them for the nurses or because machines broke, this shouldn't be a commission sales person job AT ALL. There is no "Up" system in play so all your consults go to the store director or Lead PCC and you lose out on a ton of money while doing ALL ADMIN TASKS - then they wonder why you aren't producing sales. It is no wonder why this is a high turn over position. Received threats/ passive aggressive texts and emails from upper management, horrible management skills - RUN!!
