Pros

Not very many places where you can truly change lives, and have fun doing it. Is it perfect? No. Of course not. Nowhere is. Is it hard work? Absolutely! But I can't imagine being this happy anywhere else.

Cons

Grew very quickly and the communication processes and company infrastructure didn't keep up. But it's getting much much better!

Amazing Mission but Definition of Nepotism

Pay and bonuses, good health benefits, great hours, Incredible mission and truly life changing for students served.

Cons

Look up nepotism and Learn4Life should populate as the definition. Positions are constantly “created” for friends and family allowing for limited promotional opportunities for individuals already employed in a school or department. Very heavy in upper management to the point that nothing gets done due to inefficiencies and too many hands in the pot. Lazy or lackadaisical admin remain or move “up” to remove them from working with students or staff rather than finding the chutzpah to let them go.

Management needs training from the top down, management needs to really start listening to the employees as there are to many valuable employees leaving.
