      Stay Away form Ledcor Technical Services *They Kill Your Spirit*

      The downtown location is nice and convenient

      Cons

      This company drains your energy and kills your spirit. Truly bad management, Its' everyone's fault but theirs that the company is sinking They brainwash young people to leave school and join them to do door to door sales Ledcor needs to get rid of this division *Ledcor Technical Services before it's too late LTS has had more than 3 /4 Sales Directors that lasted less than 6 months (no one stays) It's revolving door, people come and go! They make you look, feel and work like a ROBOT (you fall asleep at work) so boring! Really Bad Company!

      Stable company, large presence in Canada. Compensation, employee giving campaigns, time off at Christmas.

      Cons

      1. Political and drab environment, bonuses are low, non-collaborative environment, training only for specific people for specific projects/reasons, opportunity is rare for advancement, shared services help is always a two to four day turnaround and half the time the answers are very general – especially from HR. 2. No one is accountable for poor performance in middle management. 3. Lots of fake news and gossip from managers and executives. 4. Lots of communication/ego problems between teams. 5. Distant and disengaged executives.
