There is a serious lack of accountability for toxic leadership, as HR does not adequately support employees facing unethical behavior. Instead of addressing issues, they prioritize leadership over employee well-being, leaving individuals to endure hostile work environments without proper intervention. Dishonest management practices are overlooked, and employees who report concerns may face retaliation or be left without meaningful support. Additionally, internal mobility is not encouraged in these situations, making it difficult for employees to transition to healthier roles within the company. It's one of those places where people given roles of authority are the same individuals who have no business managing people at all.

At times-Hostile work environment that the Manager/supervisors support! Extreme** Micro-Managing, they encourage co-workers to tell on each-other, do not* want to hear anyone's opinion unless it agrees MGMT, treats CSR's like "ROBOTS", Also- they do not care about their Employee's Health or well-being at all, only interested in money and profits. Jenna Vivo has had (3) CSR's walk out on her within 4 months, as she does not want to deal with anything, only reads off a script and micro-manages via employee chat line.
