There is a Stockholm syndrome effect. The management, like many, is unethical and immoral. They understand solutions to problems, acknowledge them, tell you how they'll fix them, and then do nothing but put the onus to step up and do more on their workers. We are nothing more than a disposable resource to them, they use and abuse staff until they think its normal, or until you leave.

Management will not help. Abuse from patients, coworkers and management. No safety for workers physically or emotionally. Paid is below market. Lack of clear communication. Extremely high employee rotation. Clear and constant violations of privacy laws.
