Pros

Benefits are pretty affordable but restrictions to a small network unless you pay a lot more.

Cons

Now 'merging' with OHSU which basically means that any non medical/office type position will almost certainly will be eliminated since OHSU is run/operated by the state and already have those people.

Pros

My coworkers at the time were amazing.

Cons

Manager doesn’t know what they are doing so they constantly put down your work trying to get you to second guess your performance in order to break you down. They yell and make inappropriate comments and have one on one meetings where they try to intimidate you and also rat on other people. If all else fails they are willing to sabotage your work.
