Pros

Fairly supportive ground-level managers; decent pay; decent inclusiveness

Cons

hazing of new employees, especially if they’re new grads who didn’t do their clinicals here, is common. The health insurance, Pacific Source, is a useless sick of several hundred dollars per paycheck; they won’t cover even what they promise/are legally required to cover unless you harass them. Big con- just sold to LabCorp. RIP

Pros

Good coworkers, night shift is great and again so are the people. Night shift always helps each other out vs. day shift where they eat each other up and complain all the time .

Cons

Poor scheduling nothing is guaranteed. If you miss a day or two for being sick you get a remediation notice in your box, your graded quarterly. I literally worked all year and finally got sick had to call out one week and had the notice placed in my box for a performance plan on how to correct my absence issues. WTH Don’t just close a family birth center and say it’s okay the ER nurses to handle it now.
