Pros

Coworkers are all amazing and willing to help out.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to be on readily available and expects you to know what you're doing despite little to no training. Every department is understaffed and leads to employees taking on extra work for no extra pay.

Pros

The job was usually pretty easy.

Cons

Management loves to bully and gaslight their staff. They are unconcerned for legitimate safety issues (such as a patient threatening to shoot nurses, which they didn't to enough to assure our safety). I also found out that my colleagues and I were making the same wages despite experience (or lack thereof). Nurses who had 20+ years of expertise and the new grads were making the same wage. They have also cut the shift differential for new hires to almost what the CNA shift differential is.
