Pros

Hard to say anything positive when there is no recognition or incentive or room to grow no matter your performance.

Cons

Nothing is based on performance and everyone is paid a 3% annual increase. There is no reward system and people only care about the weekend. People live by the clock and when they will go home. Very little encouragement from managers and pay is low so employees don't try to care about each other. People complain about the littlest things to their office managers about each other, and this is more of a child's school than a pro career environment. People have no motivation and are burnt out, patient care has gone down and cost have gone up as well as physician bonuses. Everyone in management thinks a pizza day will make up how employees really feel.

Great mission, inspiring CEO and senior leadership, commitment to community.

Cons

"One size fits all" approach to benefits and trying to fit administrative staff into a 24/7 hospital model.

Pros

Great benefits, great ideals, great treatment of the underserved community. I adore their views on the underserved and how they commit to helping them. True plus!!!

Cons

Competing priorities creates a bi-polar and disorganized work culture. Employees are important and valued in their stated "mission and values"; but the actualization is not there because of their competing values of being the frontrunner in medicine coupled with their participation in most of the new govt programs are not compatible, The new regulations do not take employee/provider satisfaction into account and the new programs require more staff then Legacy will commit too. They will fail if they haven't adjusted this crucial piece...
