Pros

Salary was good and great people to work with - I loved all my teams. My immediate supervisor was great. Benefit package was good some years ago but has been chipped away over the years, leaving it less than impressive and less than Legacy's competitors.

Cons

Every year, Legacy surveys its employees and every year we said we did not feel heard or supported by Administration. This was never acknowledged, much less addressed. The work is challenging, never boring, but there is no recognition or support from upper management for departmental or individual contribution.

Tough Working Environment - Stress/Work-life balance challenged

Pros

Actively engaged in the community giving back. Nice health benefits package

Cons

Too many meetings. Back-to-back meetings don't allow for time to complete actual work. Work life balance is extremely challenged; especially for management. No margin for error. Paid time off bundled into 20 days per year - includes 6 recognized holidays from which PTO is used to cover. This is about half of similar organizations.
