Pros

Everyone is nice at Legacy facilities. There seems to be good comradery between physicians and staff, with a less formal feeling than at other institutions in the area.

Cons

The pay is low for the area. The executive management doesn't make good decisions. They lose their best doctors as a result. Some of the doctors they promote in their media don't practice standard of care. This makes it difficult to take their medical care seriously.

They pay you... You get lots of vacation time

Cons

Medical, dental, and vision cost you a lot of you have a family. You make complaints about their illegal practices and HIPAA violations, they will fire you!! Retirement account seems to always lose money. They seem to fire over 300 employees every year so upper management gets more money in their pockets, management doesn’t care about you (they will remind you that you’re easily replaceable), staff treats patients horribly. They don’t supply paper cups, plates, silverware in your break rooms in order to save themselves money, new ceo is HORRIBLE!!!! And the list goes on.
