I cannot think of any reasons why you should work at Legacy Restoration.

Cons

The company stresses leadership. The executive team does a great job talking about leading but does very little of it. Sales reps. are just a number who help generate profits for a large investment group. Customers' homes that need to be fixed are just units on paper that go towards the 1% bottom line.

Pros

The people at Legacy Restoration are awesome. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and encouraging. You won’t go a single day without being encouraged by teammates and they will always be there for you whenever. This job has a lot of independency and can be very satisfying work.

Cons

The hardest part about this job is being able to take no’s from people. Not everyone is going to say yes in sales but it can help you grow a thick skin and improve your skills.
