Pros
None that I can recall.
Cons
Literally everything about this place. They are completely unprofessional. People wear pajamas to work, curse across rooms at each other, make racist jokes, and are religiously insensitive. On numerous occasions I heard coworkers making jokes about Jews, African Americans, and women. This is just what I heard. Who knows what else goes on. Beyond the unprofessionalism, there seems to be a cycle that exists among employees. New employees are hired on, love the culture and are immediately sucked in. They devote themselves to the company believing that investing hard work in a young and upcoming company will eventually pay off. Team leads make promises that if goals are reached and if the hours are put in, it will pay off both in promotions and raises. Employees accomplish these goals, the team leads back out of promises and or mask the lie in some sort of "We want you to continue to professionally mature". The employees either give up but stay with the company or just flat out leave. Then the company hires new employees and the cycle repeats itself. I think I read a different review where someone posted something to the effect of this company could not pull this off if they were not located in a college town, and that is absolutely correct. A huge proportion of new hires are college graduations (or soon to be) and they get sucked into thinking this is a "career", when in fact the company is using them for management's own agenda. You either stay long enough to hate the company and leave, or just tell yourself there isn't much better out there so you might as well just keep in the cycle.
