Pros

The first year and a half was amazing. High quality and high end senior living were sold and delivered. There was transparency and honesty.

Cons

Due to rapid company, growth, quality has severely declined. Transparency no longer exists. Asking questions will get you fired.

Pros

Care is in everything Legend does for its residents and its associates. There is a lot of incredible growth happening and it's fun to be a part of a cause larger than yourself. They focus on training and development and maintaining best practices which you can feel throughout the levels of the organization. This is a company where you can feel it's heart.

Cons

It's not really a con, but with any company that's experiencing growth at a fast pace, there can be catch up taking place when it comes to systems or processes. It's not a con, but something that comes with the territory of healthy growth.
