Pros

Great opportunities to meet people and grow within the healthcare industry

Cons

Very unethical practices with bottom line being whatever it takes to have a full building! This company's upper management is extremely arrogant with extremely unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Free coffee, the residents are great, the staff is great

Cons

The Fort Worth location burns through sales reps because the sales department (that consists of just 2 positions) is the most hostile and toxic situation I’ve ever experienced in my life. Hostile meaning “unfriendly and antagonistic”, and toxic meaning “very harmful and unpleasant in a pervasive and insidious way”. If you choose to take the sales rep role, be prepared for some bizarre gaslighting and sabotage. If you consider yourself a dog rather than a human being, that will be an advantage because that is how you will be spoken to. No one is able to make it more than a few months as sales rep— not because the work is difficult or the residents are abusive, the coworker is the only difficult, abusive one. It truly is shameful how management allows the sales rep to be treated.
