Pros

No response, intentionally left blank.

Cons

Terrible pay. They offer entry level only regardless of College and job experience You will be expected to work 24/7 especially while out on vacation Refused PTO Terrible management They actually don’t care about you! Worst of all they scam families. It’s terrible to see a “Christian” company rip people off like that. When you report something as you should they definitely fire you after being caught doing things they should not do. Employees eligible for Class Action Lawsuit. Most unorganized company in world. 0 opportunity for company growth. Poor leadership

Pros

Residents are thankful and appreciate staff.

Cons

The amt of work 1 staff member is responsible for is astounding. 1 nurse has to admin meds to 55 residents on one floor. Must help serve / clean up after meals, help answer the calls from residents and be responsible for the other unit which has 25 residents, if there is a crisis. Not enough training or staff. Salary not the greatest.

Pros

Getting to know the residents and co workers

Cons

Getting paid far to little for everything the servers do. Servers shouldn’t be held responsible for making desserts or busting their own tables. Management wants them to treat the place like a real restaurant but it will never be a restaurant. People live in the building. That is their home they will never view it as a restaurant. All of the staff bust their butts to get things done. There is very little since of teamwork. Everyone does their own tables and then leaves. The place is always short staffed because the place is so unorganized and management sucks. The turnover rate is high because they put too much on their servers. Baking two different desserts, Serving 26+ people, busting their own tables, replacing table cloths, reseting the tables, washing table cloths and napkins, folding table cloths and napkins, ironing table cloths, sweeping and vacuuming the dining room, and sweeping and mopping the server area and parts of the kitchen. Servers do all that and yet management still chews them out for not doing their jobs. If the kitchen is short staffed it’s the chefs job to come in and help but he doesn’t. He doesn’t answer texts or calls. The servers care about the people they serve. They spend more time with them then anyone else even more so then their own family.
