Nothing at all! I guess if I have to say anything it would be when I actually told them I quit and gave them my 2 week notice.

Cons

Awful, rude management!!! Owner can't play the hard working individuals decently but can pay management 6 figures without blinking an eye lash! Benefits suck too!!!

Pros

Great residents, nice coworkers (when they stay), the company provides tools to help do your job well. The building is always well kept.

Cons

Benefits and pay are not good. Very high standards and can be strict sometimes which leads to people leaving, turnover is very high.
