NONE!!!!!!! This company will lie, cheat steal and suck the life out of any and all that come incontact with them and do it with a smile

Everything about this company is wrong! I was employed for three months in a manager position and the things they told me to do went against everything i believe in and the LAW!! THEY LOOK AT RESIDENTS AS CUSTOMERS AND $$. They dont care about staff or residents. And tell people if they dont get a flu shot they will be fired which is illegal! Keep your family safe and stay away frkm this company. They will suck the life out of employees amd there familys. Nothing but theves amd liers!!! All the way to the to. And it all starts with the owner who threw a family member out of a meeting because he didnt like the questions the family member of a resident was asking. Damn coward that is all about the $. They take advantage of residents ans steal from them. I witnessed the director of the facility stealing money out of a residents room! When i said something i got fired!

none. seriously. none. Their policies and desire to make a buck are unbelievable. They need more lawyers than nurses to handle all of the lawsuits.

Cons

they will hire anyone if you're willing to work for low pay. They only care about the money. Search how many lawsuits they have for their horrible practicies of cutting corners at every step. cheap food, cheap care, cheap house cleaning, zero accountability. horrible untrained management. they should be running fast food restaurants, not pretending to care for humans.

I don't really have much to say that is positive about legend.

Cons

This place seems to be a bit of a joke. The building is beautiful and the people that live here are wonderful. However, it says assisted living. That is not the case. Most of community members here are FULL CARE. Heavy lifting and you even have to wash the laundry. This place offers no training, and when I asked about my benefits and how to enroll I was told to, "go to the obamacare website." Ridiculous.
