Pros

The company really compensates you well. Residents are a joy to work with.

Cons

They hire just about anybody. Management sucks ...they are all about politics. Liars and never keep there word... the so called values they go by are mediocre. I wouldn't work her agian.

Pros

I enjoy my co-workers and my job. Everyone cares about he residents and do their best to take care of their needs.

Cons

Doing multiple jobs and insurance is rather high.

Pros

The quality of care provided by the associates, as well as the commitment and dedication of the leadership team. The communities are stunning and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The regional leadership team is helpful and supportive.

Cons

Could use more laptops for on-line learning.
