Pros

Enjoyed my team, good location with lots of parking, pay was decent for my position.

Cons

Slow career growth opportunities for most (they promote very few within up), CFO will yell at you, C Staff isn't transparent on company goals and going on (the town hall is selectively what they want you to know), teams kept restructuring without clear thought behind decisions, not a results oriented environment - you should be present at your desk 10 hours a day.

Pros

The team (excluding management) is cohesive, hard-working, and collaborative.

Cons

The overarching theme is: Management 1. Management does not listen to their team. Opinions and suggestions can be voiced but overlooked due to ego. 2. There is a lack of EQ. Insensitive comments made. Take the criticism or get penalized for disagreeing. 3. Leadership is all over the place. New CEO. Old CEO. Hiring. Layoffs. No stability. 4. No transparency during town halls. E.g. How many Lumepad 2 were sold? How much money was spent for the acquisition?

Pros

Unique Product, Food and Snacks, Flexible work hours. Some of the work tasks are unique to the product which would not be found anywhere. Opportunities to learn about displays if interested.

Cons

Lack of mentorship, Unclear where the company is headed, lack of transparency from C-team, and no real "project" but many smaller tasks to work on. Options are overpriced and pay is ok.
