Cons

Communication. Upper management is completely detached from reality. It's royalty vs commoners.. More managers than real workers.

Pros

Fast paced, fast growth. Very good cause and patient focused. Worthwhile vision and dedicated to improving the lives of people with cancer. Great products that work and help make a better diagnosis

Cons

Too Lean and too much control from corporate. Need to improve productivity of R and D. There needs to be more positive credit for all the hard work.

Pros

Your fellow employees are always willing to lend a hand to help you complete a project. You truly feel that you are making a difference since the products that you work with help to diagnose cancer and help researchers in the search for a cure.

Cons

There is limited tuition reimbursement. I have a "do-what-it-takes" attitude but the heave workload and long hours create an uneven work-life balance.
