      Pros

      The only pro, is there are actually good people here, but they are too good for this place.

      Cons

      -No real leadership. -All they provide are excuses, to their employees and their customers. -Customer service doesn't exist, all that matters is money, no matter how they get it. -The values they say they stand by, they do the opposite. -They also bs you when you are getting hired about hours and job duties, you get it and it's all different, than they blame HR..

      unethical practices at leiters

      i cannot think of any reason (except desperation) why anyone would like to work here

      Cons

      employee turnover is at its highest. why? they make their cleanroom workers work from 4 to 6 hours straight in the cleanroom without any breaktimes to finish the work within the shift.

      Thank you for your feedback. We provide flexibility in terms of timing and location of breaks. We don't require employees to work more than 5 hours at a stretch between breaks. Any occurrences of this would be at the employee's choosing. I encourage all employees to discuss concerns about the timing of their breaks with their Leads, Supervisors and Managers.

      Bad Superviser, Favoritism in both shifts

      Pros

      I have been faithful employee the past two and half of years , my time at the company has been good one so far , but now problems have crept up, which threatens to disrupt my otherwise peaceful time at the company, this letter is regarding the behavior of my immediate morning femal supervisor. For the last few months, and she has Singled me out to harass in many ways ! Ever since , I have challenged her about the job knowledge, discription and task and need her help in those area she is not willing to assist and not happy boss , she takes it to personal level up to not offer me family's emergency days off while she takes a day off for her Dog and Horses sickness, she always micromanage and trying find fault rather than giving motivation to hard working employees , and she has also have problems not focusing on her job, we have to tell her multiple times for the same incident that may occur. many more not to mention my first complaint! In this kind of injustice continues, I will be forced to consider my employment in the company, I have invested a good years of my life and would be heart broken to leave this place , I have faith that you you will help me sort out this issue with this morning supervisor, so we may be able to find a way to co existing!!
