Pros
The team is fantastic and everyone works hard to support each other. Fridays are short because you are only allowed to work 40 hours in a week.
Cons
- Pay is not worth the amount of work that is put on you. You’re constantly forced to “wear multiple hats” and do jobs that are not in your job description at all. Pay is also very far below the industry average. Company knows that, and refuses to make changes, despite losing countless employees every year over it - Company claims “uncapped commission” but refused to pay out full commission multiple times - Commission structure is so confusing that you can never tell exactly what you need to do to make your numbers, then at the end of the month, they surprise you with lower commission than promised - Despite being able to work from home, sales team is forced to be on-site for seemingly no reason other than “the CEO wants us in-office” - Management constantly promises that “things are going to get easier” and “pay will be better next year” but they never do. Company sees revenue increases of almost 100% year-over-year, yet no improvements are made for employees. Still forced to work on old desktop computers (no laptops), doing multiple jobs and being paid less and less each year. I cannot recommend staying away from this company enough. The longer I stayed with the company, the more it felt like I was being scammed every day that I worked there.
