Pros

I really enjoy that the leadership takes time to give updates on the overall department and organization on a monthly basis! Communication seems to be a top priority and it helps to ensure we are all moving towards the same goal.

Cons

There seems to be some clunky processes which need to be cleaned up. Leadership could take a more proactive 1:1 approach with team members.

Pros

The people (excluding most management) care about their work and want to make positive change. It’s a good stepping stone for more lucrative pharma opportunities. The company is short staffed, so you will gain lots of exposure to a wide range of issues. Great for building a resume.

Cons

Critical issues arise often and are recurring, typically expected to solve in short timelines with one maybe 2 technical resources to support. They hire eager, young professionals who have little to no experience due to low pay ranges (if this fits your description, know your boundaries and what you are working towards. Don’t get stuck. Protect yourself). Management lacks basic critical thinking skills and often uses flawed logic for justification. Frequent restructuring of departments. There is a new ELT/SLT every 8-12 months, and they all think they can fix it with a “little” extra work from the employees. There is only 1 meeting room and it’s a nightmare to book.

Pros

Made some lasting relationships with my peers! They as well felt controlled, stuck, and in a very hostile environment.

Cons

Executive level management was a mess. Lack of product, lack of manufacturing, always trying to save clients. No communication to any level under the executive board. Drama based, controlling, and overall not a healthy place to work at. I wouldn’t recommend!
