The worst company that I ever worked for

None that come to mine. No positives at all.

Cons

This company does not have any direction at all. I was hired in to work at one of their facilities where they had hired several other personnel as well. Within 6 mo they laid most of the new hires off. Strange. So I was able to get another job at another location with this company a few miles away. This location had the most bureaucratic set of processes to be able to get things accomplished. You were always under the gun to things through this ungodly system where everyone and their brother had to approve of things. I mean I have been in Corporate America since 1973 and this place is as close to a living hell as I can imagine. Please Please to anyone considering working there. Please do not. As it says in Dante's Divine Comedy - "Abandon all Hope ye who enter here"!!! Don't do it.

Pros

Good Pay. Good people. Good Location in Melbourne, Florida.

Cons

Leadership with no long term plan. All activities are poorly planned and executed only through intimidation and senior leadership involvement. Priorities changing hourly. Program leadership unaware of commitments they make to the customer. All activity is expedited and chaotic. The risks being taken routinely with design and product quality put the customer at risk.
