Cons

Underpaid for more work. Management refuses to listen to employees.

Pros

Great co-workers, the people are honest and friendly. Good benefits starting off you get 2 weeks vacation and 5 days personal time. Decent pay, depending on when you start and with what department, the pay can be competitive.

Cons

Resources, the company is short staffed in many many ways. Work-life balance, its a M-F job but your often asked and sometimes forced to work on the weekend. Sometimes at the last minute as well. Lack of communication from management.
