Pros
The on-site employee gyms are available for employees to use on their lunch break or before/after work. Summer hours (4 9 hour days, 4 hour Friday) is nice for flexibility. From what I've seen, most all departments are aging, lots of room for career advancement. New president seems very ambitious I believe he will steer the company in the right direction.
Cons
Office environment is stuck in the 1990s, very heads down, vending machines full of unhealthy food, dated office space in general, the atmosphere sways more towards a manufacturer rather than a health and fitness company. Office location is not near any mass transit facilities, owning a car is virtually a must. Company data is spread across multiple platforms, making simple tasks clunky and slow. Pay could be a little better, especially if they want to recruit younger talent living in the city.
