Pros

Typically speaking, the people I work with are nice and helpful. I like working in an office room by myself, and the office is close to my home. I enjoy the hybrid work from home option as well (which has only been instituted very recently).

Cons

When I started, I felt supported and heard by my supervisors, and I felt the job was about helping and supporting individuals in need. But, gradually when the Massachusetts branches starting moving towards "corporate", things changed very quickly. They started dissolving positions, "centralizing" certain teams (making their response times, and patient care abilities diminish greatly), they starting implementing policies that only benefit the corporate teams, and have a severe negative effect on the clinicians and prescribers, as well as the support staff, and worst of all, the patients. Now, the company is mistreating clinicians and prescribers, the turnover rate is obscene. They are much more interested in profits than they are helping patients and supporting the community. Which is a shame, because they are buying up a lot of the private practices in MA, and it's really limiting the care that individuals can receive outside of this one company.

Pros

You’ll have some nice coworkers You have health insurance (albeit a terrible one)

Cons

Zero communication amongst any of the departments, The higher ups don’t care about the people who work to make this company run No raises are given, not even if you ask Constantly being told you need to do better Most times you’ll have to do other people’s jobs but won’t get rewarded for it Terrible pay It’s a mental health company, but I can guarantee by the time you leave your mental health will be in the trash

Pros

Kind team of leaders that want to grow their presence.

Cons

They are growing by acquisitions. They promise little to no changes to company cultures, but then make massive changes.
